Gunnar Henriksen

Gunnar Henriksen is Dr. Scient in marine biology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Henriksen has been working with questions concerning environmental impacts and biological diversity both in public and private sector for more than twenty years. He has published several books and articles. Henriksen was born in central Norway, but is now living in Stavanger. For nine years,  has was Chief of wildlife management at the Office of the County Governor in Finnmark, he was managing director of Origo miljø for 5 years an in 2,5 years he was managing director of Akvamiljø Caspian (AmC) in Baku, Azerbaijan. At present he is Research Director at the International Research Institute of Stavanger (www.IRIS.no) and managing director of Biopartner (www.biopartner.as).
