Odessa, Ukraine.  Andrey Nekrasov was born on September, 9th, 1971, in Russia, in the small city of Bezhetsk (the Tver area). 13 years old he moved to the city of Odessa at the coast of The Black Sea in Ukraine. He has taken a great interest in a scuba diving, and underwater photo. Fourteen years old, he decided to combine these two hobbies and began to capture photographs under water. In 1986 he ended military sea school on a speciality the easy diver (diver), in 1999 he became an instructor of a scuba diving. On the international classification he has certificate CEDIP ***. Andrey has a wife and one son, who is 12 years old. In 2007 he made his first underwater picture. At present for a underwater photo he use Canon EOS-100 camera. The underwater housing he has design himself. He photographs on a slide film. Andrey basically photographs in the Black Sea, the Red Sea and in fresh water. He has (2007) just returned from a trip, dived north of the polar circle in the White Sea.
