Date: 1995-11 The first information about Kargopol was written in Nikonovskaya chronicle in 14th century. It was a Center for trading with salt and fish. Later it became a church center. Her we see some of the churches. From left: The Christy birth cathedral from 1562, the bell tower, and the St. Johns cathedral.
